Possible Solutions for Solving Employment Crisis in Romania

Abstract. The general objective of SOP HRD is the development of human capital and the increase of its competitiveness on the labour market, by providing equal opportunities for life-long learning and the development of a modern, flexible and inclusive labour market which leads, until 2013, to the sustainable integration on the labour market. The main specific objectives can be summarised as follows: promoting entrepreneurial culture; facilitating the young people insertion in the labour market; developing a modern, flexible, inclusive labour market; improving public employment services; facilitating access to education and in the labour market of the vulnerable groups.
