Abstract. This study examines how agricultural growth affects inclusive growth in Côte d'Ivoire, focusing on structural transformation and sectoral linkages. Using an Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model and Granger causality tests from 1991 to 2021, the findings show that agricultural growth initially negatively impacts non-farm employment but positively influences industrial growth and investment in the long term. The results indicate a unidirectional causality where agricultural growth drives industrial expansion without reverse effects, highlighting weak sectoral linkages. To foster inclusive growth, the study recommends policies enhancing sectoral connectivity through tax incentives, industrial cluster development, and foreign investment promotion.

Keywords: non-farm employment, agricultural growth, industrial growth, ARDL model.
