Human Resources and the Competitive Organizational Management

Abstract. Human resource field is a main component of an organization asset and represents one of the most important features of its management. The competitiveness level of an enterprise is decisively related to the optimum personnel level and to labor productivity at least equal to that of the competitors. Taking into account the above mentioned facts, we present as follows both the procedures concerning the optimum personnel level, and the procedure concerning the improvement of the labor productivity, in order to meet the management competitiveness needs, to face the global competition.
